3. Refund Policy
For consulting and software development services: refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. Once a service engagement has formally commenced (kick-off call or delivery of initial deliverables), refunds are subject to management review and may be prorated based on work completed. For trade and product sales, returns are handled in accordance with individual transaction agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and deliverables created by AimGlobal Trade & Services LLC remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
